We provide secure outdoor storage for RVs, boats, trailers, campers, and machinery. We also offer non-climate-controlled indoor units for boats, vehicles, motorcycles, and equipment.
2. How is your pricing structured, and do you offer discounts?
Pricing is based on the size of the space you need and the type of storage selected. We proudly offer a 10% discount to police, veterans, and first responders.
3. Do you offer short-term, long-term, or month-to-month rental options?
Yes, we offer flexible plans including short-term, long-term, and month-to-month rentals to fit your storage needs.
4. Do you require deposits, insurance, or contracts?
We do not require a deposit, but insurance coverage is required and must be supplied at the time of signing a rental contract.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept in-person payments by money order, certified money order, check, or credit card (a 3% surcharge applies).
6. What are your access hours and office hours?
Our facility offers 24/7 access so you can reach your property whenever you need it.
7. How secure is your facility?
Our storage lot is lighted for safety and visibility, located right off a main road for easy monitoring and convenient access.
8. Are there any storage restrictions?
At this time, there are no restrictions on vehicle type. However, we do not allow household goods, perishable items, construction materials, hazmat materials, or paper products. 9. Can I store a classic car or antique motorcycle?
Yes, there are no age restrictions on vehicles. Classic cars, antique motorcycles, and specialty vehicles are welcome.
10. Will you store items other than vehicles, RVs, or boats?
We primarily store vehicles, RVs, boats, and machinery. We can also provide backlot space for contractors needing a staging yard.
11. What items are best suited for indoor storage?
Indoor storage works well for vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, and items that need basic protection from weather without climate control.
